The original boot lid had been badly repaired before, to keep costs down for the customer a much better replacement one was sourced and repaired.

New metal inside and out.

Doors had been repaired before but as they had not been anti-rust treated they had rotted out again.

Replacement rear cross member (early van).

Rear light cluster repair of very early Morris Minor mail van, Note, single rear light.

New metal has been let in where the cargo bay floor meets the side panel, a well known rust area. It will need slight further adjustment then the finest skim of filler to produce an undetectable repair.

Late Morris Minor Cab gutter repairs.

Late vans seem to rust in lots of strange places that early vans did not.

The cab gutters on this 1972 van were busting apart with rust in all the layers.

The paint has been removed to locate the spot welds in the seam.

The workshop gutters maybe frozen but the workshop carries on despite the bitter weather.
