UPDATE 18th October 2017

MTR Restorations have been very busy in the last few months and have had to move to a bigger workshop. More customers are investing in their vehicles and taking the long term view to keep and enjoy their vehicles for years to come.

A 1972 Morris Telephone Van.

KYX 959K A 1972 Minor GPO Telephone van. Being restored and will be on the road shortly. It has had major work to the chassis, doors and the well known rust area of the rear van guttering. Using our own hand made repair sections.

Captive nut rail/ locating holes being transfered.


New section in place.
new section welded in, the gutter and corner panel have been made and also fitted.


Correct profile of original gutter remade.

Off side now being tackled.

Close up !

New metal welded in.


Correct profile guttering at long last.
Off side, just needs tidying up.
